Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Manager to spearhead the growth initiatives for Dascart, our two-sided B2B marketplace. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition, retention, and overall platform growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of generalist knowledge across various growth channels as well as specialised expertise in performance marketing and social media management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement on the Dascart platform.
- Utilise a mix of growth channels including affiliate marketing, referral programs, performance marketing, SEO, and social media to achieve growth targets.
- Optimise the sales funnel and CRM processes to enhance user experience and maximise conversion rates.
- Analyse and interpret growth metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and supply teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth hacking, incorporating innovative strategies into Dascart's growth roadmap.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving growth in a B2B or marketplace environment, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Extensive experience across various growth channels including affiliate marketing, referral programs, performance marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales funnel optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
