Key Responsibilities

1. Lead data analysis projects to support business decisions and strategy development.
2. Independently able to drive successful completion of reporting, data scoping and analytic deliverables
3. Support the business functions with requested analysis and owning hypothesis formation and validation in terms of solution design for complex business problems
4. Guardian of the company KPIs reporting and performance management
5. Own the analytics roadmap end to end

Ideal Candidate

1. 3 - 4  years of analytics experience, preferably in an ecommerce setting.
2. Should be proactive and a go-getter. Likes to take initiatives and manages stakeholders well.
3. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/ Power BI etc) is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, problem comprehension skills with the ability to form hypotheses and validate/nullify it.
5. Be an IC with the ability to lead conversations and initiate projects based on hypothesis validation on important problem solving
6. Identifies areas of cross-functional collaboration and is able to effectively lead cross-functional collaborative efforts
