Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to lead our software development team. As a Software Architect at Dastgyr Technologies, you will be responsible for making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards, tools, and platforms. You will be playing a crucial role in shaping the technological future of our products and ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural vision and strategy for complex projects or products
• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues
• Champion the use of design thinking and user-centered design in architecture within the stack
• Collaborate with product managers to align technical decisions with business goals, considering the stack
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
• Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and overcoming technical obstacles.
• Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance, and end-users to produce cutting-edge software solutions
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Lead efforts to establish and maintain architectural documentation related to the stack
• Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
